Growth kinetics of S. Typhi IMSS-1 at different pH values. S. Typhi IMSS-1 wild-type strain was grown in LB medium at pH 1.0, 2.0, 3.0, 4.0, 4.5, 5.5, 6.5, 7.5, and 8.0. The cultures were incubated at 37°C, 200 rpm. Mean±standard deviation is presented. Statistical significance (*P < 0.05) was determined using 1-way ANOVA with Tukey post hoc test
