Phylogenetic analysis of Lotus creticus and Lotus pusillus nodule isolates based on the 16S rRNA gene sequences. Analyses were conducted using the Neighbor-Joining method, showing the relationships between isolates and reference rhizobial species. Bootstrap values >50 (using 100 replicates) are indicated at branching points. Bar 0.2 % estimated substitutions. GenBank accession numbers of the new isolates are shown in parentheses
