Based on the 102 novel sequences ranged in size from 127 to 208 amino acid residues, the neighbor-joining tree was constructed by the MEGA 4.0 together with a selected set of the public carboxypeptidase sequences. The length of the branches indicates the divergence among the amino acid sequences
