The reference strains (Reference) correspond to Leuconostoc mesenteroides LMG 8159 (Le), Oenococcus oeni JCM 6125 (Oe), Lactobacillus brevis ATCC 14687 (Lb), and Pediococcus parvulus NBRC 100673 (Pd).
