A volume of 100 μL of BEL-7402 cells (2.0 × 10⁴ /mL) was seeded in 96-well plates. After a 24-h period of incubation, different concentrations of converted product A (genipin) and geniposide were added. For the controls, RPMI-1640 medium was added instead. The cells were incubated for different incubation periods ranging from 12 to 72 h.
