Phylogenetic relationships of Acetobacter thailandicus isolate AD25T. The phylogenetic tree based on 16S-23S rRNA gene ITS sequences of 413 bases was constructed by the neighbor-joining method. Numerals at nodes indicate bootstrap values (%) derived from 1,000 replications. Gluconacetobacter liquefaciens NBRC 12388T and Granulibacter bethesdensis NIH1T were used as outgroups.
