Morphological characteristics of M. vitigenus (RTM5IV1) isolated from leaves of the rubber tree. A difference in colony morphology was observed after growing on PDA in the dark (a) for 10 days. The hyphal morphology of M. vitigenus was observed further with light (bc) and scanning electron (d) microscopes. The formation of rope-like mycelium (b, d), and coiling hypha were found as a typical morphology of M. vitigenus
