ITS-based molecular phylogenetic analysis of Agaricomycetes fungi. Phylogeny was reconstructed by using the maximum likelihood method based on the Kimura 2-parameter model (28) and gamma distribution (+G). The bootstrap values of trees in which the associated taxa clustered together are shown next to the branches. Clades were named considered ancestral species from this reconstruction.
