The most significantly differentially expressed pathways were glycine, serine, and threonine metabolism (P = 0.0108), riboflavin metabolism (P = 0.0155), fatty acid degradation (P = 0.0299), and valine, leucine, and isoleucine degradation (P = 0.0496)
